1:1 sessions

what happens in a session

a session is a meeting in presence.

we work through attention, sensation, presence and the relational field that emerges between us.

this is not about fixing or improving yourself.
It is about meeting what is present — in the body, in perception, in patterns that are ready to be seen and lived differently.

each session unfolds in its own way, guided by what is alive in the moment.

working together

this work asks for continuity and engagement.
change does not happen in a single moment, but through repeated contact, attention and integration.

trajectories emerge in conversation.
together we sense what kind of rhythm, duration and commitment support the process best.

especially at the beginning, working with some regularity helps the nervous system and body to learn, integrate and stay in contact with what is unfolding.

responsibility and relation

this work is relational.
it unfolds in the space between us — body to body, presence to presence.

my responsibility is to hold a clear, grounded and respectful space,
to stay present, to listen, and to work with what emerges without forcing direction or outcome.

change depends on a willingness to feel, to stay present,
and to take responsibility for how you relate to your experience.

this work does not aim to fix or remove discomfort. it invites awareness, choice and movement where patterns have become automatic.

what happens here does not end in the room.
it becomes meaningful when it is lived.

the first session

the first session functions as an intake and a meeting.
we take time to explore your question and to feel whether this way of working supports you and your process.

after the initial session, a proposal for working together may emerge.

a commonly suggested orientation is 6–8 sessions within 2–3 months,
not as a rule, but as a way to create enough continuity for real change to take place.

we regularly pause to sense what has shifted
and how the work wants to continue.
