complaints and disputes (Wkkgz)
as of 1 January 2017, all care providers in the netherlands are required to comply with the Quality, Complaints and Disputes Care Act (Wkkgz).
this practice meets the requirements of this legislation.
if you are not satisfied with my treatment or with the way I work with you, i invite you to share this with me. my preference is always to first address concerns together, in conversation.

often, an open and honest conversation can bring clarity and a mutual sense of being heard.
if we are unable to resolve the matter together, you have the option to initiate an official complaints procedure through an independent disputes committee, in accordance with the Wkkgz.
